Wow! I’m Tracey. Thanks everyone for the congrats and thank you so much David. Wow – out of so many entries!

I live in Australia. For those who are wondering, Hokey Pokey is a very creamy vanilla ice cream with little pieces of crunchy honeycomb. I first tasted Hokey Pokey travelling round New Zealand. It’s now sold here by a New Zealand company – Toppa.

I love to cook, I don’t have any of these saucepans and I really appreciate this!

Congratulations Tracy! I have a couple of the saucepans (like David, gathering them piece by piece). They’re wonderful to cook with, Enjoy.

David, I’ll be on the lookout to see when your book arrives in Canada. Alas, no visit to Paris this year…

    Cheers!

    David,

I just left a comment @ Elise’s on her wonderful post and realized that I did not congratulate you directly.

I am sooooo happy for you and I cannot wait until your wonderful book arrives.

I love France and I hope, somewhere, you have an explanation as to why it is perfectly acceptable to throw on lipstick and a $600 scarf to go out in public without showering first.

No, I am not talking about you.

    Best,

    Rhonda

Why am I always too late???? I take a small sabbatical and you give away All Clad?!? Oh the pain…

I found your book yesterday at Get Lost in SF and spent the entire day reading and laughing out loud. My family and I are eternally grateful to you for “The Perfect Scoop”. I’m not a fancy cook, but when I served your profiteroles with anise ice cream and chocolate sauce they almost cried. I’m excited about your socca recipe – I’m imagining some wonderful socca pizzas. Thank you, thank you!
