Just a chocolaty reminder that next week, I'm hosting Sugar High Friday #27, and the theme is Chocolate By Brand.

Readers will be able to enjoy a cavalcade of chocolate desserts from all over the world!

Food bloggers are invited to make any chocolate dessert they wish, highlighting the particular brand of chocolate they've used, which I'll include a roundup on Friday, January 26th. In order to be included, you need to send me your post by January 22nd at the absolute latest.

(France Telecom has told me that my email is going to be disconnected that night, against my will, promptly at minuit...so get 'em in before then.)

You can read additional requirements & guidelines here.

Mmm! Need any taste testers!?!

Yum, I guess I just needed a chocolate-related excuse to start writing posts in English. I'm in.

Vida: Posts can be in any language. The love of chocolate is global!

Aaaaaah.....les joies de France Télécom (lived in France for a year....too much fun).

Consider me in. I know just the dessert....rich chocolatude, sensual silky texture.

Also consider me very thankful the dealine isn't this week (it's vegan week on my blog) - chocolate needs cream. Yum.

:) I'll be back!

I'm trying to find just the right person to...well...to help me with my chocolate dessert. My recipe really requires two to be any good! :)

Will you please tell us what that lovely looking dessert is at the top of your post? And whether you have a recipe for it here on your site? My mouth is watering while I look at the texture you can see in that gorgeous picture. Thanks!

And thanks too--I tried your chocolate souffle cake and it was to-die-for. I poured a chocolate butter glaze over the top of it, which was terrific.

Hello from Istanbul,
When you first announced this event, I get so excited and think about what could I make with chocolate... I realized that I had a recipe in my "Recipes to try " folder waiting for me almost 6 months ... A brownie with some Toblerone chocolate. I knew that I can substitute Toblerone with a Turkish brand and the bitter chocolate that was going to be melted ( of almost 400 gr) was also available on the same brand. So I start to work on that ...The result was a di-sas-ter. I think perhaps another time :( Till that day, I will enjoy yours and the other contributors recipes.
