I am sure that it is hotter than hell in Austin, but do find time to check out Amy's ice cream. The hot nut topping is first rate.
I hope you are enjoying my home state! Of course there is a reason I live in CA now...hmm....
WAHOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I do hope you're enjoying your stay in my hometown, David!
Eat a rib or two for me. Or 238.
Thoroughly enjoyed the CM class last night. Very entertaining as well. The invitation for grilling outdoors tomorrow at my house is still open. Wine and beer will be flowing. We would love for you to join us. May have some young collegiate men passing through for some brown food too. Love to hear from you.
Thanks again,
Susan
Matt: Wish you were here (really!) I already had quite a few ribs, but I suppose I could squeeze another rack in for you.
Susan: Hmm. Sounds fun! Except I'm up in the hills, being held hostage at Lake Austin. Even the lure of chocolate I don't think can pull me away...
Val: Amy's is on the docket for Monday, as is Téos gelato!
I keep hitting the erase key ... your Great Book of Chocolate made a month in Paris last year incredible -- I checked out almost all the places and products you mentioned. One crit of the book though -- the index needs work. I expect dramatic improvements in the 2nd and subsequent eds. Thanks again!
