Between the time I turned the recipe in, and the book got published, the 3/4 cup of water called for in the dough for the Dandelion Flatbread recipe in L’appart got changed to 1/4 cup. (The metric amount is correct.)

Here are some clarifications and metric conversions, for recipes in My Paris Kitchen that were omitted from the first printing of the book. Books go through rigorous editing after they’re written, then they’re copyedited, then proofread by the author. Then the book gets punted back to the editor, and back to the author for a final look through. Then it gets forwarded the designer, then to the printer.
