I enjoyed the class in kirkland. certainly noticed the sugar quotient on your desserts is alot lower than what we usually get in the US.

Seattle has great donuts. Special donuts in many different locales. Check 'em out! (no, I don't know what they're called, but they have a free newspaper online and well, I'm sure you know donut people....)
