I see now. It reminds me the story of this dog named Getout :)
I think it means : "the take away drinks are sold inside, do not take these ones"
In french it could be translated as : "libre service à l'intérieur (de la boutique)"
I know french people can seem a little complicated but we don't see it, we were born with :op

How sweet that is...you see quite a few hand-written signs like this in India. Typically, a truck will have 'HORN PLEASE/ OK TATA' written at the back (TATA meaning bye)...LOL. Also, often, for the word behind the word 'backside' is used...much to the kids horror! A break from the 'mundanities' of life!!
